Hi! I’m Candice McGhee, and I’m so thankful to serve as the Preschool Director and Disability Ministry Director at Grace Crossing. I grew up in Crystal Springs and later earned a degree in Christian Ministries from New Orleans Seminary, followed by a Master’s in Teaching from Belhaven University. For 12 years, I taught special education at The Little Light House and now serve as the Respite Care Manager at Quiet Waters, walking alongside families touched by disability.

My heart is to create spaces where every child feels seen, loved, and celebrated for the unique way God made them. I’ve been married to my husband, Charlie, since 2016, and we have three wonderful kids. As a family, we love movie nights, board games, theme parks, and just lazy nights together.
