David and his wife, Wendy, have been members of Grace Crossing since 2006, when Grace Crossing was a campus of First Baptist Church of Jackson. David currently leads our senior adult LifeGroup class. He has led our Crown Financial Class on Wednesday night and leads our Wednesday night supper team. David has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and brings with him 39 years of business management and is employed as the Business Administrator of Grace Crossing. When not at Grace Crossing, he loves spending time with his grandkids who live in the Atlanta, Ga. area. He also has a passion for cooking on his Green Egg and helping others that are in need as he has been on a mission trip to Haiti with But God Ministries and helped during the flooding in the Baton Rouge area.
Richard and Kris Klamm have been attending Grace Crossing since about 2010 when it was still a satellite campus of FBC Jackson, and became members during 2011. We have three sons and five grandchildren. My passions include family, sports, traveling and photography, and sharing images of the Creator’s handiwork found in the natural world. I began studying God’s word on my own in 6th grade and now, almost 60 years later, still never tire of learning new messages found in its pages. I consider it a joy to share its timeless message of eternal life through faith in Jesus. There are so many special Bible verses that thrill my heart, but I would like to share this one: Galatians 6:14 “May I never boast except in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, through which the world has been crucified to me, and I to the world.”
Jud and his wife Katie have two daughters (Bay and Evie) and a son (Rowan) and have been attending Grace Crossing since 2011. Jud spends much of his time in the classroom as he has led an adult LifeGroup for 7 years and currently leads the 4th grade LifeGroup class with Katie. In addition, Jud actively leads "Sword" (Bible Drill) class along with leading the 5th & 6th grade boys bible study "Flyte" on Wednesday nights. Jud has previously served as chairman of our Deacons. Jud is a Mississippi College Business School and Louisiana State University Banking School graduate. He is employed as Vice President/Senior Lender at RiverHills Bank in Madison. When not at Grace Crossing or at RiverHills Bank, Jud enjoys spending time with his family. He loves baseball, history, movies and hearing and telling good stories. Jud's passion is in leading others to appreciate the infallibility of God's Word and the knowledge that Jesus of Nazareth is the Messiah.
Derrick and his wife Ashley, along with his two children, Nathan Michael and Ali, have been members of Grace Crossing since 2013. During that time, Grace Crossing has grown from its beginnings as a church plant by First Baptist Church Jackson to the vibrant church that it is today. Derrick has served as a middle-school boy’s life group leader and has recently become a part of the elder leadership at Grace Crossing. Derrick is a graduate of the University of Southern Mississippi and is completing his Masters of Christian Education at New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. Derrick’s favorite activities include, cooking, hiking, camping, and spending time with family and friends. Derrick’s passion for the church can be found in Colossians 3:1-2, “If then you have been raised with Christ, seek the things that are above, where Christ is, seated at the right hand of God. Set your minds on things that are above, not on things that are on earth.”
Trey and his wife Lori and their four children Heath, Peyton, William and Perry have been members of Grace Crossing since 2017. Trey leads one of our adult Life Group Classes and enjoys going on mission trips with Eight Days of Hope. Trey is a Mississippi State graduate and owns a landscape company in the Madison area. Outside of work and family time, Trey enjoys spending time hunting, attending MSU sports, cooking and reading. Trey’s life verse is Jeremiah 29:11 “For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.”
