WHAT TO EXPECT

First Visit

Have you grown up in church?  Are you a first time churchgoer?  Either way, we want your experience at Grace Crossing to be encouraging, loving, and worshipful.  Our staff and volunteer teams work hard to provide an accepting and loving environment of unique people with one purpose.

We have reserved parking near the front doors for our guests.  As you approach the doors, one of our greeters will give you a smile and a “Good morning!”  They will direct you to the welcome desk down the hall, where a few of our volunteers will direct you to a Life Group class tailored specifically for you, or they will help you find a seat in the Worship Center.

Worship

God-The Creator, Jesus-The Savior, and the Holy Spirit-The Helper are the focus of Worship at Grace Crossing.  This is undeniable by the sermons, selection of songs, and the way gratitude is expressed through prayer.  Our worship style can be classified as “blended.”  However, we try to leave classifications to others, and simply have a worship service that allows the people of Madison County to worship God in the many different ways that is laid out in Scripture.  Worship times at 8:15am and 10:30am.

Life Groups

Traditionally known as Sunday School, Life Groups meet at 9:30a.m. on Sunday morning.  These groups exist for Christian brothers and sisters to live their lives alongside each other, hence the name Life Groups.  We believe that it is very important to be involved in a Life Group.  To find the right Life Group for you and your family, CLICK HERE (Link to Life Groups page) or simply show up one Sunday morning and let our volunteer team lead you to the place that is right for you.

FAQ's

What is the dress code?

On any particular Sunday, you will find men and women dressed in their “Sunday best” and those that are dressed very casually.  As long as your wardrobe is God-honoring, we simply don’t care what you wear.  We just want you here!

Is childcare available?

Childcare is provided each Sunday morning by our trained members who teach scriptural lessons to children from birth to four years old.  Older children will attend a Life Group and then worship with their family.

If you have questions or would like more information on childcare please contact Anna Sherman at 601-427-0163 or at asherman@gracecrossingmadison.org.
